Whether you’re planning a family session, maternity photos, boudoir, or simply looking for a beautiful place to create, Wild Willow Cottage offers a private, thoughtfully designed space for photographers and their clients.
Choose a rental option that fits your session below. Every reservation includes exclusive access to the property during your scheduled time so you can create without the distractions.
Booking Policies
Payment & Reservations
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Payments are non-refundable, but with proper notice, your payment may be transferred to a new available date within 60 days of the original reservation.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking payment.
Weather
For bookings that include outdoor space, we understand that Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate! If weather conditions make your outdoor session unsafe or unreasonable, your reservation may be rescheduled to another available date at no additional charge. Weather-related rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Arrival & Rental Time
Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time. Your rental period includes all setup and cleanup time, so please plan accordingly. Sessions must end and the space must be returned to its original condition by the end of your reserved time.
Additional time is subject to availability and may result in an additional rental charge.
Studio Care
Furniture and décor may be moved carefully unless otherwise noted, but everything must be returned to its original location before leaving. Please treat the studio, property, furniture, and décor with care. The person who books the space is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their clients, or their guests.
Guests & Children
Photographers are responsible for their clients and guests while on the property. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted inside the cottage. Alcohol is not permitted unless prior approval has been given by Wild Willow Cottage.
Outdoor Property
Please remain within designated photography areas and respect all marked private areas of the property. Because Wild Willow Cottage is located on private residential property, guests should not enter areas that are not included with their reservation.
Bridal Mornings
Bridal getting-ready reservations are limited to 12 guests total unless otherwise approved in advance.
By booking Wild Willow Cottage, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

1 hour: Best for a quick portrait, maternity, branding, or single-look session.
2 hours: A flexible option for families, couples, outfit changes, or a more relaxed session.
3-4 hours: Best for larger groups, multiple clients, several outfit or backdrop changes, mini-session events, or more involved creative sessions.
Indoor Studio Rentals
Starting at $75 per hour
Private access to the indoor studio, including the styled photography space, furniture, props, and changing area.
Outdoor Property Rentals
Starting at $65 per hour
Access to the fields, natural scenery and available seasonal outdoor setups.
Studio + Outdoor Rentals
Starting at $100 per hour
Full access to both the indoor studio and outdoor property during your reserved time.
Before You Book:
Reservations are private and are booked by the hour. Your reservation time must include any setup and cleanup needed for your session.
Additional hours may be added when availability allows. Seasonal sets and outdoor locations may vary throughout the year.
